Hotel Fanis - Agia Anna (Naxos)

we had an amazing stay at Fanis! the room was cozy, clear, and equipped with a balcony overlooking the pool. a short walk from the lively center with friendly eateries and shops. amenities like free transfers, daily room cleaning, and local recommendations made our vacation one of the best. the staff, especially Katerina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. we'll definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Agia Anna with a convenient location near restaurants and a mini mart. The pool area was beautiful and my room was spacious. The staff were absolutely fantastic, providing daily room cleaning and offering helpful recommendations on local sites and attractions. There was even transportation from the port and a laundry service available. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The people are absolutely amazing, making us feel so comfortable with their incredible hospitality. The rooms are impeccably clean with fresh sheets and towels daily. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from a breathtaking beach. The onsite cafe serves fresh and delicious breakfast with a fantastic coffee selection. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back next year.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel comfortable and welcome. the hotel offered a convenient shuttle service, picking us up from and dropping us off at the ferry port, which was a great added convenience.

While our experience at the hotel was largely positive, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and often dropped out, making it difficult to stay connected.

The pick-up and drop-off service provided by the hotel staff was a pleasant surprise and saved us the hassle of finding transportation. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the rooms and the hotel grounds, was impressive. The pool area was beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests.

The WiFi connection was extremely weak and unreliable, forcing us to go to the front desk area for a better signal. The lack of immediate assistance or contact with the hotel staff was frustrating, as the reception office was often closed.

Clean facilities, beautiful hotel grounds, lovely pool, close to the beach, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Nothing to dislike.
